One of our favorite employees (and people) left to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail today. The cake above we made for his going away party this past weekend. He's starting at Springer Mountain in Georgia, and plans to hike the full 2,100 (approximate) miles to Mount Katahdin in Maine by the end of June.
